Bring Sally Up Squat Challenge

I know we don’t have a lot of time during the day. Sometimes squeezing in an hour, or even a thirty minute workout, is really just not happening. Well, this short, fun (kinda) little leg workout is only 3:40. I learned this routine in one of my yoga sculpt classes. I hate it and love it at the same time. You will never think of this song the same again.  I'll be honest, it hasn't gotten easier for me.  But, my legs feel like jello after, and I feel like I've had a damn good leg workout!

Follow along with the lyrics below:

Bring Sally Up: Stand up

Bring Sally Down: Squat Down

Lift and squat gotta tear the ground: Hold Down Squat

Old miss Lucy's dead and gone, left me here to weep and moan: Pulse it out

You can also do other workout exercises to the song as well:
  • Push ups (my nightmare)
  • Double straight leg raises
  • Lunges (switch legs halfway through song)
This is a great workout to do with a friend! Even a friend who just wants to drink wine (thanks Amanda)!
