My healthy essentials

Here is a round- up of some of my favorite things:

I found this Integral Collagen from a great Skinny Girl Vanilla Tea Lattes website: Trim Healthy Mama.  I put this in my coffee every morning, and can't taste it at all.  It dissolves very easily.  I can tell a major difference in my hair and nails since I have been using this!



Love me some warm, caffeinated beverages, especially this time of the year.  These Skinny Girl Vanilla Tea Latte's are my go-to!  With only 1.5 grams of fat, 50 calories, and 5 grams of sugar, they are a much healthy option than hitting up Starbucks all the time.



Speaking of coffee, I have raved about these for a while.  Nut Pods Coffee Creamer is the best tasting, healthiest creamer I can find.  Dairy free, Whole 30 approved, No Sugar...on and on.  It's super healthy and tastes great.  Its also good to travel with because you just have to refrigerate after you open them.  They come in some flavors too!  My favorite sweetener is Truvia, its the best tasting one I have found. I put it in my coffee, and unsweetened tea!



GG Crackers are my go to for all my dipping options.  I use them like I use chips.  I dip them in Hummus, Salsa, Taziki Dip, you name it. You can also eat them with Tuna Fish on top, or make a "Pizza" with marinara and some cheese. They are super high in fiber and only have 2 net carbs.



I can't live without Low Carb Wraps!  Always try to wrap it up with one of these high fiber, low carb delicious wraps instead of bread: Flat Our Protein Up or Mama Lupe Low Carb Tortilla



Try Powdered Peanut Butter to any shake you make for extra flavor.  I also will just mix this with some almond milk when I am craving sweets.




Oil Powder is another staple that goes in my coffee.  MCT is a fat that provides you with energy, and its easier on your tummy that MCT oil.
