Father's Day Gift Guide

Short Sleeve Shirt / Water Bottle / Leather Charger Roll Up / Seersucker Swim Trunks / Gucci Cologne / Bean Bag Toss / Pelican Cooler / Wingtip Shoes / Executive Sandbox

Summer is absolutely flying by and it's almost time to honor all the wonderful dads! Guys can be challenging to shop for (at least my dad and hubby are!) so I'm going to help you out with gift ideas! It seems that a little goes a long way for any guy so any of these items partnered with a sweet card would fit the bill.

Pelican 20QT Elite Cooler
This is the "it cooler" right now according to my friends. I'm not a cooler expert by any means but with the popularity of Yeti coolers more and more brands are coming out with the latest and greatest. The biggest advantage of this brand is that it is designed for rugged outdoor conditions and can take a serious beating. These are insulated to retain ice for 3 full days in warm weather which is pretty amazing! This particular model holds 15 cans or up to 4 bottles of wine upright. I'm really digging this seafoam color and it would amazing for the beach!

My hubby travels often for work and can misplace his chargers easily. This is a great gift idea for any dad because lord knows they all can lose things very easily! The roll up comes in several colors and you can monogram them for a personal touch.

How fun are these shoes?! I love the details of the shoe paired with the sporty sole. It also comes in 4 different colors and is super lightweight. It has the classic with a twist vibe that any guy could rock!

I'm excited to celebrate my 2 fave guys!

Happy Shopping!
XOXO,
Amanda

Healthy Food Options on the Go

During the summer it seems like everything is go, go, go and you are just trying to make ends meet.  Cooking and prepping can get very challenging, so grabbing something quickly, "on the go", is sometimes the only option.

My favorite food delivery service is Paleo Works.  Paleo Works is a local, healthy food delivery service, in Nashville. Check out my Paleo Works Post about how this is my lifeline during the week.  The food is great and this service keeps me on track since I do not like to cook.  The whole family loves Paleo Works.
Paleo Works Meal

Smoothie King: Beware! I did a Smoothie King Post to help you know what to order, and not to order here.

Jimmy Johns:  #6 Veggie, Un-which, sub Dijon mustard for mayo

Panera Bread: Avocado Cobb salad with chicken - with a little Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing, or their Green Goodness dressing. Also, check out their Hibiscus and Açaí unsweet teas!

Firehouse Subs:  Hook and ladder salad with light cheese and light Italian dressing

Moe’s:  Close talker salad in a bowl with Tofu

Starbucks: Roasted Red Pepper Egg White Bites.  They also sometime have a Chicken & Quinoa Protein Bowl or Smoked Turkey Sandwich with no bread.

Chick-fil-A:  Market Salad with Light Vinaigrette Dressing. Egg White Grill with No English Muffin.  Fun Drink- Unsweet Tea with a splash of the Diet Lemonade

Zaxbys:  Cobb salad - no bacon, onion rings, easy on cheese.  Use light Vinaigrette or ranch dressing

Chopt: Kale Ceaser Salad with Avocado and light on cheese and light tossed Spicy Yogurt Dressing.  No: Croutons

Zoe’s:  Cauliflower Rice Bowl, no feta and add Salmon

Newks:  Newk's Favorite Salad - no croutons, cheese, or cranberries.  Add just a tad of their Sherry, or Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

Clean Eatz:  I love the Buffalo Cauliflower and their Build a Bowl options. This is another local, healthy option in Nashville.

Taziki's: Cucumber Salad is my fave! Also the Mediterranean Salad with Tilapia (no butter) and no feta

Hope everyone has a great summer!  If you have a go-to place I didn't mention let me know!
