New 40 Minute Yoga Sculpt Video

Here is another video for y'all this week!

Yoga + Weights = Yoga Sculpt. Boost metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you move to upbeat music to keep you motivated. You’ll combine free weights with CorePower Yoga 2 sequencing and cardio to intensify each yoga pose while mixing in strength-training moves like squats, lunges and bicep curls.

Gotta love the Nerf gun attacks while working out- ha!
